Terms of Service
Last updated 26 October 2026
These terms cover MercerFargo: the app at mercerfargo.trade and this site, get.mercerfargo.trade. By using it, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Not investment advice
- MercerFargo is a research tool. Nothing in it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything, or financial, tax or legal advice. That includes quotes, charts, screens, scores, the Fear & Greed gauge, forecasts, and anything Marvell says.
- Market data comes from free public sources. It is delayed and may be incomplete or wrong.
- AI answers can be wrong, even when they sound sure. Check anything that matters yourself.
- Your decisions, and any trades you make, are your own responsibility.
Your account
- You must be at least 18.
- Keep your email and Google account safe. Anyone who can sign in as you can use your account.
- An account is for one person. Don't share it or resell access to it.
Plans and billing
- Quotes, charts and watchlists are free. Paid plans add more Marvell use. The pricing page shows what each plan includes.
- Prices are in US dollars and billed monthly through Stripe. Your plan renews every month until you cancel. Tax may be added where the law requires.
- Usage limits reset daily, weekly or monthly, as shown in the app, at midnight Singapore time.
- We may change prices or plan limits. A new price starts at your next renewal after we tell you, so you can cancel first.
Cancelling
- Cancel any time. In the app, press Manage billing (on the Plans page or your usage panel). It opens Stripe's billing page, where you can cancel.
- You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. Then you move to Free, and your data stays.
Refunds
- We don't refund part of a month, or usage you didn't use.
- If you were charged by mistake, for example twice or after you cancelled, email support@mercerfargo.trade within 30 days and we'll refund that charge.
- None of this takes away rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Other companies' services
- If you add your own AI key, that provider bills you and its terms apply. We aren't responsible for its charges or outages.
- Data sources, AI providers and brokers are run by other companies. They can change or stop, and features that depend on them may stop working.
Broker connection
The broker bridge runs on your own computer. Marvell can only prepare limit orders, and nothing is sent until you press Authorize. You're responsible for every order you authorize and for your broker account.
Fair use
Please don't:
- break the law, or use MercerFargo to mislead people or manipulate markets;
- get around plan limits, share or resell plan access, or use bots to pull large amounts of data through our servers;
- attack, overload or probe our systems, or try to reach other people's data;
- copy, resell or re-host the app.
We may limit, suspend or close accounts that do.
Your content and ours
- Your watchlists, portfolios, notes and chats are yours. You let us store and process them only to run MercerFargo for you. Our Privacy Policy says how.
- The app, its code, design and name belong to MercerFargo. All rights reserved.
No guarantees
MercerFargo is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be up, free of errors, or that its data will be correct or on time.
Limits on liability
As far as the law allows:
- we aren't liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses;
- our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, or US$50 if you paid nothing.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. For important changes, we'll tell signed-in users in the app or by email before they apply. If you keep using MercerFargo after that, you accept the new terms.
